Software Developer

• Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and enhancement.
• Design, test, and implement software systems, including services, APIs, and scalable architectures.
• Modernize and maintain existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Document system functionalities to support training, testing, and ongoing usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Mentor and guide team members to encourage attention to detail and productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and maintain a respectful work environment.
• Take ownership of software components, ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and share knowledge with the team.

• Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in programming languages and frameworks, including C#, JavaScript, .NET Framework, Vue.js, React, and ASP.NET.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence positive outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with supply chain systems is a plus.
