Solutions Architect

• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to define and maintain the target operating model, including technologies, tools, and architectural patterns.
• Contribute to strategic vision and application roadmaps in alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Translate architecture into design and code-level execution in collaboration with development teams.
• Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and distribution partners.
• Design end-to-end technical solutions using service-based architecture, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop future-state technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards and alignment with enterprise technology stacks.
• Design reusable, scalable, and high-performing solutions using APIs and microservices.
• Lead cross-functional solution architecture across Sales & Distribution technology stack.
• Assess current technology landscape to identify gaps, overlaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Recommend technology investments, rationalization, and conduct evaluations/selection when needed.
• Participate in architecture governance, including design reviews, decision-making, and roadmap planning.
• Support development teams through hands-on collaboration, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Contribute to architecture community forums, review boards, and design discussions.

• 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or related role (e.g., Tech Lead, Lead Designer).
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience designing and implementing complex solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales & Distribution domains (e.g., Marketing, Wealth Management, Insurance Distribution, Incentive Management).
• Strong experience in system design, architecture, and technical requirement documentation.
• Proven ability to lead design discussions and architectural decision-making sessions.
• Experience with AWS cloud application design, development, and deployment.
• Experience with APIs, event streaming, and web service protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, Kafka).
• Strong knowledge of data development, including database design, modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience integrating with vendor and SaaS platforms.
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, and leadership skills., * AWS certifications.
• 7+ years of experience across frontend, backend, database, and integration technologies.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL development patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with platforms and technologies such as Vertica, Kong, Kafka, Salesforce, React/Next.js, and SAP.
• Experience with content management platforms and search engines.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as DTCC, Client NFS/IWS, and financial planning tools.
• Experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Kubernetes.
