Senior Guidewire Developer

Concentrix is looking for experienced Guidewire professionals who can contribute to the design, development, and delivery of Guidewire-based solutions across multiple products within the Insurance Suite ecosystem. The role involves working closely with architects, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable and efficient solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain applications across Guidewire platforms (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center)

• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in end-to-end delivery including development, integration, testing, and deployment
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Guidewire implementations

• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire development
• Hands-on experience with at least one or more Guidewire products: Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center
• Strong understanding of Guidewire Insurance Suite architecture
• Experience with Guidewire configuration and/or integration (Gosu, APIs, messaging)
• Experience with Java / .NET-based ecosystems (preferred depending on implementation)
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, * Guidewire ACE Certification (Policy Center / Billing Center / Claim Center)
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations
• Exposure to multiple Guidewire products (cross-functional capability)
• Experience with modern tech stack:
• .NET / C#
• Angular / UI frameworks
• Azure / Cloud platforms
• Experience with integrations (REST APIs, messaging, middleware)
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise development standards

Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
