Java Technical Architect -Microservices

We are seeking a Senior Java Technical Architect with deep expertise in microservices architecture and end-to-end system design. This role requires a highly experienced professional who can design, architect, and lead large-scale distributed systems while working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders. • Design and implement microservices-based architecture using Java and modern frameworks
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and design patterns
• Work closely with engineering teams to guide development and ensure high-quality delivery
• Drive system design decisions including scalability, performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Oversee API design, service communication, and integration patterns
• Ensure proper use of cloud-native technologies and containerization

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering with strong Java background
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Architect
• Deep expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
• Experience in end-to-end system design (HLD/LLD)
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging systems (Kafka, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of system scalability, performance tuning, and security, * Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms like ServiceNow
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with observability tools (monitoring, logging, tracing)
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience
