Requirements

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Proven experience designing Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Experience with CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics) or comparable reporting tools Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control, and CI/CD processes Experience with enterprise system integrations (e.g., Guidewire, SAP, ImageRight) Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and permissions Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications preferred GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a contractor role with minimal oversight Proven ability to manage priorities and meet delivery deadlines
