Job description

Summary The IT Manager is responsible for all information technology, cybersecurity, and systems support required to execute the CPOC 2.0 workload. This role ensures secure, reliable, and compliant operation of contractor systems, Government Furnished Property (up to 100 laptops), and TW2.0 transition activities., * Serve as the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) or Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for all contract systems and networks.

  • Oversee cybersecurity compliance, including CMMC requirements (if applicable) and protection of PII/CUI handled in case processing and CV alert workflows.
  • Manage integration, maintenance, security configuration, and support of up to 100 Government-issued laptops (GFP).
  • Lead technical aspects of the TW2.0 transition (low/medium/high tier investigations, upgrade/downgrade, re-establishment/transfer of trust).
  • Ensure system availability and performance to support high-volume processing (2.68M+ CV alerts/year and hundreds of thousands of investigations).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of IT management experience supporting federal high-volume data-processing or personnel-vetting programs.
  • Current or prior ISSM/ISSO experience and working knowledge of CMMC, NIST 800-171, and CUI handling requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE/GFP) in a secure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active or recent DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP).
  • Prior DCSA or DoD IT support experience.
