QA Tester

As a QA Tester in this role, you will contribute to a variety of cross-functional projects aimed at driving significant improvements. Your projects will range in scope and complexity, necessitating expertise in diverse testing functions, including test development, execution, and project management. You will become a subject matter expert in your assigned workstream, enabling you to effectively support the operations and testing teams. Your efforts will ensure that we consistently deliver seamless experiences for our customers. Tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications. This includes end-to-end user acceptance testing. Ability to execute test scripts, report defects accurately and thoroughly, and retest efficiently.
• Collaborate with IT and other business units to solve real time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Build strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered

• 3 years' experience required
• SAP knowledge preferred
• Exposure to Agile program development methodology
