Job description
Assists with the computer-related needs of end-users, including installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. Resolves technical issues through software and hardware maintenance.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Provides technical support to end-users with computer-related issues.

Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software malfunctions for end-users.

Responds to computer inquiries and offers guidance on proper computer handling.

Researches and develops standard practices for installing, implementing, and configuring client computing in an enterprise network.

Participates in planning and implementing hardware and software system installations and upgrades.

Collaborates with vendors to resolve computer equipment failures and issues.

Handles technical requests effectively to maintain service standards.

Assists in the deployment of hardware to terminals.
Requirements
-
High school diploma or GED.

2+ years of technical support experience.

Proficiency in computer hardware and software.

Troubleshooting and technical support skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
