Job description

A Salesforce Datorama (Marketing Cloud Intelligence) Architect designs and implements complex data harmonization, ingestion, and visualization strategies, transforming multi-source marketing data into actionable insights. They lead API/ETL integrations, create advanced dashboards, and ensure data governance for enterprise-level marketing analytics., * Data Architecture & Modeling: Design data models, normalize, and harmonize disparate data sources (media, CRM, web, email) within MCI.

  • Implementation & Integration: Build robust ETL pipelines, custom connectors, and API integrations.
  • Advanced Analytics: Configure calculated dimensions, measures, and complex widgets to drive KPI frameworks.
  • Governance & Optimization: Enforce data governance, naming conventions, and optimize performance for high-volume datasets.
  • QA & Release Management: Implement QA processes for data accuracy, testing, and system deployment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing data engineering, with 3+ years specifically in Salesforce Datorama (MCI).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong SQL skills, knowledge of API-based integrations, and experience with data modeling and ETL.
  • Marketing Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing channels, KPI frameworks, and attribution.
  • Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven experience with data modeling, relational databases (SQL), data mapping, and API integration.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce schema, SOQL, Data Loader, ETL tools, and master data management.

Desired Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Data Architect
  • Platform Data Architect.
  • Marketing Cloud Intelligence Accredited Professional, * Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,095.00 - $130,700.00
