Software Engineer (Support) #11165

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Software Support Engineer to support, troubleshoot, and enhance applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. This role bridges the gap between development and end users, ensuring reliable system performance and timely resolution of technical issues.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with C# .NET (including .NET 10), ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework (EF Core), and PostgreSQL 16, along with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of experience in a software support, application support, or development role
• Strong experience with:
• C# and .NET (preferably .NET 8-10)
• ASP.NET Core (Web APIs, MVC, or Razor Pages)
• Entity Framework Core (EF Core)
• PostgreSQL (version 16 preferred)
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting production systems
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
