Job description

Reporting to the Director of CRM, the MS Dynamics CRM Developer, develops effective systems to help manage development and for the overall application design. This position is responsible for configuring and customizing MS CRM. The position will develop solutions to integrate with other business applications and create business process management solutions and workflows., * Participate in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and xRM framework.

  • Contribute to the customer's architectural best practices and CRM customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics CRM.

  • Collaborate with CRM team in requirements gathering and Dynamics 365 related tasks.

  • Participate in customizations/configuration/development within Dynamics 365 CE online environment

  • Work as an individual contributor as part of a larger team to deliver enhancements to the CRM application as per customer requirements in a timely manner.

  • Develop and use key performance indicators to measure and test the quality of projects.

  • Assist with upgrades of online CRM environments..

  • Develop and enhance user interfaces and custom web applications with JavaScript, C#, and other technologies.

  • Provide support, development, and creation for customized plugins.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with 3+ years of software development experience in complex business process environments.

  • 2+ working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, Web services and xRM framework and Azure.

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, CRM SDK, JavaScript.

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications.

  • Familiarity with Azure SQL, SSIS or other ETL technologies

  • Custom reports in SSIS/PowerBI.

  • Experience working with PowerApps.

  • Experience in cross-device and cross-browser development and testing.

  • Experience working in SDLC and Agile/Scrum projects
