Job description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide visionary leadership to drive innovation and improvements in IAM governance processes.
- Define and communicate the strategic direction for IAM initiatives across the organization.
- Technical Expertise
- Serve as a technical expert across multiple products and be able to provide direction to development and implementation teams.
- Lead product evaluation initiatives for key capabilities such as Authentication, Identity Governance, Dynamic Authorization, Mult-factor Authentication, etc.
- Provide technical leadership in support of key IAM initiatives.
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Establish and maintain subject matter expertise across the entire IAM domain including cloud-based applications and development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IAM and Cybersecurity
- Drive adoption of best practices and emerging technologies in IAM, * Will also work with all parts of the Authentication and Identity Management team other departments in the Technology division to define and evaluate policies, standards and solutions for enterprise and business use
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application owners, IT operations, and DevOps teams to integrate IAM solutions seamlessly across hybrid and cloud environments
- Manage the design, development, test, launch, and continuous improvement of the company identity solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise in Identity and Access management
- Develops the architecture, design and standards of Identity Management
- Interacts with diverse technical staff and resources in multiple projects through all architecture life-cycle phases in accordance with established direction and standards, maintains a high level of client trust and confidence in the group's knowledge of and concern for business needs
- Lead discussions on IAM architecture, process, and governance development & support in requirements gathering and use case development
- Following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Angular , Groovy
- Following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, SCIM 2.0, Web Service, HTML.
- Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation such as: vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, & resolve issues
- Perform validation activities including functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure a high-quality deliverable.
- Follow ITIL process incident management, problem management, release management, and request management & Agile ceremonies
Requirements
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Fort Mill, SC or be willing to relocate to these areas.
- Minimum of 15 years in IT or cybersecurity with at least 10 years in a technical leadership role focused on Identity and Access Management.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with mutlipel IAM solutions such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, AD/Azure, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra, etc.
- Demonstrated mastery of multiple Identity and Access Management capabilities such as authentication, authorization, Active Directory, IGA, MFA, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, privilege access, AWS,
- Clear understanding and working knowledge of IAM regulatory standards such as NIST, FINRA, NYDFS.
- Experience with software development methodology and practices and large-scale system implementations and deployments.
- Deep understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM
- Will be responsible driving the strategic architecture across the IDM teams that take client and technical requirements into account being informed by industry trends and best practices, * Experience in SailPoint/ ForgeRock IAM , ForgeRock Auth and CyberArk PAM
- RBAC & ABAC concepts
- Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), & Directories (LDAP, AD)
- Troubleshooting experience of SSO, SAML, OpenID, OAUTH, ADFS AD Connect Issues
- Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skill
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience working on AWS/Entra/Azure
