Job description

  • Design and configure OCI Identity Domains, IAM policies, dynamic groups, application principals, and cross-domain access
  • Implement and manage federated SSO with Azure AD, Okta, or ADFS, including SCIM-based user provisioning
  • Define and enforce enterprise RBAC models, least-privilege access structures, and Zero Trust principles
  • Configure Vault, KMS, secrets management, encryption policies, and ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, SOX, and federal security standards
  • Architect and deploy networking components including VCNs, subnets, DRGs, route tables, service and NAT gateways, load balancers, FastConnect, VPN, DNS, and private endpoints
  • Implement network segmentation, observability, and logging using Flow Logs, Logging Analytics, Cloud Guard, and related tools
  • Architect and deploy Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), including secure connectivity, roles, workload profiles, and scaling patterns
  • Configure and manage Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for secure data access, semantic models, gateway connectivity, and enterprise dashboards
  • Implement and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real-time replication and change data capture pipelines
  • Deploy Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for application integration, workflow automation, and secure PaaS connectivity
  • Support additional OCI services such as Object Storage, Functions, Streams, Events, API Gateway, Data Catalog, Data Integration, Monitoring, Alarms, Logging, and more
  • Build Terraform IaC modules, reusable components, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud landing zones
  • Develop architecture diagrams, design documents, runbooks, playbooks, and governance models
  • Implement governance frameworks, including quotas, budgets, tagging strategies, policies, and cost-optimization controls
  • Troubleshoot complex multi-domain cloud issues involving identity, networking, databases, integrations, and security
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration to ensure secure, scalable OCI deployments

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Engineer to design, implement, secure, and govern enterprise OCI environments. This role will lead cloud architecture, deployment, automation, and governance across identity, networking, security, and Oracle PaaS/SaaS services. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience building secure, scalable, well-governed cloud solutions in compliance with federal requirements., * Candidate should have 5-10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

  • Expertise in identity, IAM, SSO/OAuth/SAML, networking, routing, NSGs, DRG, gateways, and hybrid connectivity
  • Strong experience with ADW, OAC, GoldenGate, and OIC
  • Deep background in cloud security, governance, Zero Trust, and enterprise architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, automation pipelines, and Git
  • Strong understanding of OCI monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and cost management
  • Knowledge of hybrid cloud patterns, data replication, and on-prem integration
  • CompTIA Security+ certification (required), * OCI Architect, Security, or DevOps Professional certifications
  • Multi-cloud identity integration experience (Azure AD, Okta)
  • Background in data analytics, data engineering, or integration patterns
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience in federal, defense, or other highly regulated environments
