We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert specializing in Virtual Machine Essentials (VME) and Morpheus Data to design, implement, and support modern hybrid cloud and virtualization solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in virtualization, infrastructure automation, cloud orchestration, and data center resiliency. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of integrating VME with Morpheus to deliver self-service provisioning, governance, cost optimization, and automated disaster recovery and failover capabilities across private and public cloud environments. 7+ years of experience in virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or data center engineering Hands-on experience with Virtual Machine Essentials (VME) or similar virtualization platforms Strong expertise with Morpheus Data (deployment, automation, integrations) Proven experience designing and implementing data center disaster recovery and failover architectures Hands-on experience with replication and DR tools such as Zerto or equivalent Deep understanding of: Virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V) High availability, clustering, and failover mechanisms Compute, storage, and networking fundamentals API-driven infrastructure and automation Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent) Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash), Experience architecting enterprise-scale DR solutions across multiple data centers or regions Familiarity with HPE ecosystem (HPE GreenLake, Synergy, Alletra, OneView) Experience integrating Morpheus with enterprise tools (ServiceNow, LDAP/AD, monitoring platforms) Knowledge of container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker) within Morpheus Experience with automated DR orchestration and runbook automation Understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimization strategies Key Skills Hybrid Cloud & DR Architecture Data Center Failover & Resiliency Design Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration Virtualization & Replication Technologies API Integration & Scripting
