Principal Software Engineer

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will operate as a senior technical leader, owning architecture and execution across a complex, production-grade system. This is a highly hands-on role where you will work across the full stack, driving system design, scaling infrastructure, and embedding AI capabilities directly into core product workflows.

What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and technical direction across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Design and scale systems supporting high-volume, real-time AI-driven workloads
• Build and ship end-to-end features across the full stack
• Integrate LLMs and AI systems into production environments
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across distributed systems
• Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards across the team
• Partner closely with leadership to shape product and engineering strategy

• Proven ownership of production systems at scale
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs in real-world applications
• Strong system design skills with a focus on performance and reliability
• Experience in fast-paced, high-ownership environments (startup experience preferred)
• Ability to operate independently and drive complex projects end-to-end
