(San Jose In-Person) Backend / Full-Stack Web Developer (PHP/LAMP)

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Backend / Full-Stack Web Developer specializing in PHP and LAMP stack technologies to join our innovative development team. • Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate data exchange across platforms.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to create intuitive UI/UX using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Bootstrap.
• Optimize application performance through effective database design, query tuning, and code refactoring.
• Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services like AWS or Azure to expand application capabilities.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable software delivery aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews using tools like GitHub, TFS, or SVN.
• Implement microservices architecture for scalable and modular system design utilizing technologies such as Node.js or Java.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation using UML diagrams and XSLT for data transformation tasks.
• Ensure security best practices are followed in all development activities to protect sensitive data.

• Proven experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and the LAMP stack.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Bootstrap, AJAX, and UI/UX principles.

• Solid understanding of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and PL/SQL with experience in database design and T-SQL scripting.

• Familiarity with application development frameworks like MVC (.NET), Ruby on Rails or Drupal is a plus.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), and XML/JSON data formats.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications.

• Strong debugging skills with tools like Visual Studio or Eclipse; experience with CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.

• Ability to work effectively within Agile teams using version control systems like Git or TFS.

• Understanding of multithreading concepts and experience with microservices architecture for high-performance applications.
