Job description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with deep technical expertise, a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, and experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments., Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio Build and configure OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support Develop and optimize custom Salesforce functionality using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and REST/SOAP APIs Extend and manage the Salesforce data model through custom objects, fields, relationships, and metadata Create and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and reusable components Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and secure coding standards Support data migration and system integrations, including data mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting Assist with deployment planning and execution using source control and CI/CD pipelines We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Requirements
