Web Developer - Hybrid

As a Web Developer, you will support 24 7 operational systems by designing, developing, and maintaining web based applications in a small, collaborative team environment. You will work across the full application lifecycle, combining hands on development with analysis, collaborating closely with operations staff, technical peers, and project leadership to deliver reliable, high performance solutions that integrate with diverse systems and devices., * Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications supporting real time operational environments.

• Perform both coding and functional analysis to support full project lifecycles.
• Collaborate directly with business operations teams to gather requirements and support testing and delivery.
• Work with technical teams and external IT partners to integrate systems and data sources.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with minimal downtime.
• Participate in on call rotations to support production operations.
• Develop documentation and training materials to support application use and maintenance.
• Apply strong problem solving skills to address complex technical and operational challenges.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in general application design and development.
• At least 3 years of hands on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• At least 3 years of experience working with JSON, AJAX, REST APIs, and WebSockets.
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business users.
• Experience writing clear technical documentation and training materials.
• Ability to support applications in a 24 7 operational environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and business aptitude.
