Requirements
Requirements: We're looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in a technical support role. You should have a strong understanding of O365 applications, basic network experience and hands-on deskside support experience. Experience with servers and network administration is a plus, but not required. What's most important is your ability to apply yourself, deliver results, and be the face of the organization to clients. Nice to Have: Certifications in IT or a related field are a bonus. You should also be able to find answers to technical questions on your own, without relying on others.

What We Offer: As an IT Support Engineer, you can expect a competitive salary of up to $85,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, and a bonus plan. Schedule: This is an on-site role with required travel to different clients within an hour or so of the Harrisburg area, with a standard 40-hour work week. You'll be expected to stay late to resolve issues, but you'll also have a generous PTO policy to ensure you have time to recharge.
