Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join a collaborative, mission-driven technical team focused on solving complex problems through advanced analytics and innovation. This role supports data-driven decision-making in a defense-focused environment., * Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical models

• Perform statistical analysis, machine learning, and exploratory data analysis
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions
• Mentor team members and evaluate emerging data science techniques
• Establish data governance, quality standards, and reproducibility practices

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience, master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

• Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data modeling

• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Spark or Hadoop

• U.S. Citizenship required

• Experience with data visualization tools and libraries

• Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), * Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience mentoring and influencing cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (NIST, RMF)

• SAP access (Spartan preferred)
