Lead Full-Stack Developer (AI & Platform-Focused) - Web Platform & Online Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Lead Full-Stack Developer to architect, build, and scale a next-generation user-driven web platform with subscription-based features and real-time interactions., * Lead the design and development of a scalable, high-performance web platform

• Architect and implement robust backend systems, APIs, and microservices
• Build responsive, modern frontend interfaces with strong UX/UI principles
• Develop and maintain real-time features (chat, notifications, live interactions)
• Implement subscription systems, payment processing, and user monetization features
• Design systems for high concurrency, scalability, and reliability
• Integrate and leverage AI/ML APIs and intelligent workflows
• Optimize performance, security, and infrastructure across the stack
• Establish best practices for CI/CD, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product vision into scalable technical solutions
• Stay current with advancements in AI, automation, and modern development ecosystems

This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and a deep interest in AI technologies and AI-driven tooling. You will own the full development lifecycle-from system architecture and backend infrastructure to frontend performance, real-time systems, and AI integrations., Frontend

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular
• Deep understanding of state management, component architecture, and performance optimization
• Experience with SSR/SSG, modern build tools (Webpack, Vite), and responsive design

Backend

• Expertise in Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies
• Strong experience designing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO)
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems architecture

Database & Infrastructure

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and/or serverless architectures is a plus

DevOps & Tooling

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Strong version control practices using Git
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK stack)

Platform-Specific Experience (Highly Preferred)

• Experience building subscription-based platforms, marketplaces, or creator-driven products
• Integration with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), including:
• Subscription billing
• Webhooks
• Payout systems
• Development of real-time systems:
• WebSockets, Socket.io, Firebase, or similar technologies
• Experience with media-heavy applications:
• File uploads, storage (e.g., S3), and CDN delivery (Cloudflare, CloudFront)
• Video/audio streaming concepts (WebRTC, HLS, etc.)
• Designing systems for high user concurrency and large-scale growth
• Familiarity with user-generated content platforms, including:
• Content moderation workflows
• Abuse prevention and reporting systems

AI & Emerging Technology Requirements

• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with:
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Prompt engineering and AI workflow integration
• AI-assisted development tools and automation frameworks
• Understanding of:
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Ability to apply AI to product features such as:
• Personalization and recommendations
• Content moderation and automation
• User experience enhancements and intelligent workflows
• Strong interest in staying ahead of trends in:
• AI-powered products
• Autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks
