Job description
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Work with OpenKyber to build AI-powered customer service workflows, bots, and automation.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce pages.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionalities.
- Build and optimize workflows, process builder flows, and automation tools.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and deployment processes.
- Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and OpenKyber enhancements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Version control?, * Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, SOSL).
- Hands-on experience with OpenKyber / Einstein AI / Service AI tools.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.
- Experience with APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Understanding of CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Copado, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
