Job description

  • Develop solutions and tools to optimize DRAM performance, power, and system behavior

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to test ideas, evaluate effectiveness, and refine solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years in the memory industry with an MS degree, or 5+ years with a BS degree

  • Experience in memory design and product engineering, memory specifications and operations, or memory system architecture and usage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LPDDR5/6, DDR5/6, GDDR6/7, or HBM3E/4

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a drive to explore new solutions

  • Ability to analyze complex system or organizational challenges and propose innovative approaches

  • Deep understanding of memory-related technologies and industry trends

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
