Job description

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and working knowledge of Marketing Cloud. This role will lead solution design, technical delivery, and development best practices across Salesforce platforms, with primary emphasis on scalable Sales/Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on leader with excellent Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio/OmniScript skills, along with a solid understanding of architecture, governance, and platform best practices., Lead end-to-end design and technical delivery of Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions Provide hands-on development leadership using Apex, LWC, and OmniScript/OmniStudio Design and review integrations, automation, data models, security models, and custom development Establish and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, release management, and governance Guide developers and admins through solution design, code reviews, and technical problem-solving Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Support deployment planning, environment strategy, and technical documentation Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and technical standards Partner with teams supporting Marketing Cloud integrations or connected use cases as needed

Requirements

7+ years of Salesforce experience, including strong experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Proven experience in a Technical Lead or senior developer/lead role

Strong hands-on expertise in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) OmniStudio / OmniScript Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, declarative vs. programmatic design, and integration patterns Experience with APIs, middleware, and Salesforce security/sharing models Demonstrated ability to adhere to and champion best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Marketing Cloud concepts, integrations, and cross-cloud solution design Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and agile delivery models Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Consultant/Developer.
