What You'll Do as a Systems Technician:
- Under the direction of the Director of IT, maintain all end-user equipment, work stations, plotters, printers, copiers, etc.
- Act as an IT Help Desk resource for the company. Troubleshoot end-user problems and assist in day-to-day software and hardware malfunctions.

Requirements
- An entry-level Systems Technician looking to learn and grow with the firm.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Computer Science or similar major.
- Basic understanding of Windows 11 Professional, Microsoft Office Apps and setting up and configuring computers.
- A basic understanding of Autodesk products is a plus.
- Must demonstrate strong customer service skills which require patience, willingness to listen and give instructions.
