Job description
- Support sales functions, identify trends, and provide administrative direction.
- Oversee process improvements, sales support programs, and training coordination.
- Collaborate across customer service, supply chain, and accounts receivable.
- Manage tasks like Master Data Maintenance, Pricing Entry, Order Tracking, and reporting.
- Support OTC (Order to Cash) processes and manage metrics dashboards.
- Assist with meetings, onboarding, and general sales support activities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or College Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of SAP data administration (SAP S4 preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP Master Data, Pricing, and CRM (Visio knowledge a plus).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
