Founding CTO / Full-Stack Engineer (Equity-Based Startup Role)

You will be responsible for designing the system from the ground up, including infrastructure, data flow, and user-facing components, while working closely with the founder on product direction and execution. This is an equity-based founding role best suited for someone looking to build and own a product long-term., * Design and build a full-stack SaaS application from scratch

• Architect backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Implement third-party integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, etc.)
• Develop frontend interface (React or similar)
• Build scalable database architecture and data models
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate on product decisions and system design
• Lay the foundation for future engineering team growth

• Strong full-stack development experience (5-10+ years preferred)
• Backend expertise with Node.js / TypeScript (or similar modern stack)
• Frontend experience with React, Next.js, or comparable frameworks
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, third-party integrations, and authentication (OAuth)
• Experience designing and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL or equivalent)
• Familiarity with event-driven systems, webhooks, and background job processing
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and deployment pipelines
• Ability to design scalable architecture and handle real-world data inconsistencies
• Experience integrating or working with AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI or similar), including building features around data summarization, analysis, or automation
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently in an early-stage environment
