Enterprise Architect - Senior

Seeking a Senior NOC Systems Engineer to support enterprise network operations in a mission-critical environment. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing large-scale network infrastructure across LAN/WAN environments while ensuring operational continuity and security compliance., * Monitor and manage enterprise network operations (LAN/WAN, telecom, infrastructure)

• Troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and system issues
• Perform testing and analysis across network components and infrastructure
• Support system security policies and operational procedures
• Analyze performance issues and implement network improvements
• Support multi-functional operations (network ops, system security, production support)
• Contribute to engineering documentation and operational standards

• MS in Computer Science, IT, or related (BS + additional experience acceptable)

• 10+ years in network operations, administration, and troubleshooting

• 4+ years installing/supporting network infrastructure

• Experience with engineering documentation and system design support

• Strong experience in enterprise NOC or operations environments, * Cisco CCNA or CCNP Enterprise (highly preferred)

• CompTIA Security+ CE (minimum for DoD baseline familiarity)

• CompTIA Network+ (nice-to-have for foundational alignment)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

• ITIL v4 Foundation (strongly preferred in NOC environments), * Experience with Cisco Unified Communications / VoIP infrastructure

• Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 environments

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online

• Experience supporting large-scale, 24/7 operations environments

Exposure to monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, etc.)
