Job description

Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale Pega applications with a strong emphasis on Customer Decision Hub (CDH), data ingestion, analytics, and cloud-based integrations. Serve as a senior technical contributor and subject matter expert, working under minimal supervision to deliver scalable, high-performance Pega solutions that support decisioning, automation, and digital engagement capabilities., * Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Pega solutions using Pega Platform and Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

  • Build and customize Pega components including data pages, data sets, data flows, activities, UI rules, reports, and job schedulers.
  • Design and implement data ingestion, ETL, extraction, archival, and transformation strategies.
  • Create and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, services, and connectors between Pega and external systems.
  • Integrate digital data from internal and external sources to support analytics and decisioning.
  • Perform advanced debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis using Pega tools.
  • Develop reusable, secure, and scalable Pega rules following guardrails and best practices.
  • Provide day-to-day operational and production support, including incident and change management.
  • Support DevOps and release management activities including packaging and deployment.
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in application or software development.
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (Must).
  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (Desired).
  • Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (Desired).
  • Strong experience with Pega 8.x, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), and Pega Cloud (Infinity 24.x).
  • Hands-on experience with data ingestion, data modeling, ETL, and SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) within Pega.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP services, integrations, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
