Software Performance

Design, develop, and maintain real-time radar software using Modern C++ and object-oriented programming principles
Optimize software performance across multi-processor and GPU-accelerated (CUDA) architectures
Collaborate within Agile development teams using Git/GitLab in Linux environments
Perform algorithm development, modeling, and data analysis using MATLAB and Python
Develop automated tests and produce rigorous technical documentation to support long-term sustainment

2-14+ years of software engineering experience (Level 2-Level 5 opportunities available based on experience and expertise)
Proficiency in Modern C++ (or comparable OOP languages) with experience in real-time or embedded systems
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with experience in MATLAB and/or Python for prototyping and analysis
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Active Secret Clearance (required)

Salary Range: $110,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
