The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to support business operations and improve efficiency. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that system solutions meet business needs and align with organizational goals.

We are doing everything in our power to live up to our mission of creating new products for better health worldwide in two important therapeutic categories: neuroscience and nephrology., The Systems Analyst will collaborate with IT and Business teams at all levels to identify, assess, implement, and operate approved technology and service delivery solutions that achieve business operational outcomes and strategic goals.
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with business users to understand and document functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in designing system solutions and enhancements.
- Support and perform the configuration, testing, and deployment of new systems or updates.
- Provide ongoing support for existing systems, including troubleshooting, configuration updates, and issue resolution.
- Maintain system documentation and user guides following SOPs.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
Requirements
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in systems analysis or a related IT role.
- Experience with enterprise systems, databases, and reporting tools.
- Aptitude to learn new technologies, platforms, and programming languages.
- Experience with Python, Node.js, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Docker, AWS Lambda; familiarity and exposure to AWS and Linux is desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and process mapping.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to 5-10% travel required, based on business needs.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of clinical and R&D processes, particularly related to Regulatory Affairs (e.g., submissions, compliance workflows, and regulatory data management).
- Exposure to life sciences or pharmaceutical R&D environments.
- Ability to build Proofs of Concept (POCs) using AI/ML tools, including generative AI, automation, or data-driven solutions to support business use cases.
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices, data privacy, and compliance considerations in regulated industries.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or adjacent fields.

Minimum $96,112.00 - Maximum $143,750.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting pay for individuals who are hired in the role to perform in the United States. Other elements may be used to determine actual pay such as the candidate's job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role.
