Job description
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an experienced Oracle Implementation Administrator to support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of Oracle systems across the organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful implementation, system stability, and alignment with business requirements. Duties Include:
- Lead and support the implementation of Oracle applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM, or EBS/Oracle Cloud modules)
- Configure system settings, workflows, roles, and security in alignment with business needs
- Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements
- Manage system integrations, data migrations, and validation processes during implementation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues post-go-live
- Provide ongoing system administration, including user access, patches, and upgrades
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Support testing efforts (unit, UAT) and ensure quality standards are met
- Train end users and provide post-implementation support
Requirements
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
