Job description

Job Title: ServiceNow University Consultant Program Lead Location: Remote (U.S.) Duration: 7+ Months Work Schedule: Part-Time (28 hrs/week, 7 hrs/day), We are seeking a ServiceNow University Consultant Program Lead to drive training strategy, adoption, and execution across the Latin America region. This role will act as a key liaison between enterprise customers, account teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment of training initiatives.

The consultant will lead regional learning programs, provide advisory support on training strategies, and ensure customers maximize the value of enterprise learning platforms and resources., * Lead and coordinate training programs and initiatives across assigned regions

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Advise enterprise clients on training strategies, learning pathways, and adoption plans
  • Support customers in effectively utilizing training platforms and pre-paid learning assets
  • Develop and track training adoption plans aligned with business goals and maturity levels
  • Partner with account and customer success teams to drive engagement and outcomes
  • Monitor training progress, identify risks, and recommend improvements
  • Participate in account meetings, QBRs, and regional planning sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (GTM, Product, Learning & Development) to scale programs
  • Support cross-regional initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Experience delivering or advising on enterprise training programs (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years in consulting, account management, program leadership, or solution consulting
  • Strong consultative skills with ability to translate business needs into training strategies
  • Experience with enterprise-level learning, enablement, or change management initiatives
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making, * Experience with enterprise learning platforms or enablement programs
  • Exposure to global or regional program management
  • Spanish language skills (nice to have)

Language Requirement:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
