The Opportunity: We are looking for a Systems Engineer (Storage & Linux) to support the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of enterprise infrastructure environments. This role focuses on storage and compute technologies, working across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions., Customer and Sales Engagement
- Engage with existing customers and prospects via phone, executing client-provided campaigns with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency while meeting daily goals.
- Contact and qualify leads provided by clients or internal teams, ensuring the right decision-makers are reached.
- Understand and fulfill client needs, ensuring project goals, timelines, and expectations are met.
- Communicate product, service, and campaign information confidently and professionally to prospects and customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer support, acting as a reliable point of contact for customers and clients.
CRM, Data, and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records by updating CRM tools or databases with all call-related and activity details.
- Edit and update contact records to ensure data quality and completeness.
- Work within CRM/database tools to log notes, set follow-up tasks, and track campaign status and outcomes.
- Follow established CRM and data-entry guidelines provided by clients and management.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with storage and Linux systems, strong collaboration skills, and a commitment to operational excellence in supporting critical enterprise environments., * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, sales, or administration is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer or sales support, inside sales, retail sales, account management, or related experience.

- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable communicating and negotiating over the phone and via email.
