Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead for a long-term contract opportunity with a confidential client in Chicago.

This is a hands-on technical lead role supporting enterprise Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives, including technical design, development, integrations, and enhancements within a large-scale environment.

Requirements

Strong experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Lead
Deep expertise with Oracle HCM Cloud technical architecture and solution design
Experience with Oracle HCM integrations, extensions, reporting, and technical development
Experience supporting enterprise-scale Oracle HCM environments
Ability to lead technical workstreams and collaborate across functional and technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
