Job description
We are looking for a Manager- IT Web Technologies, who will closely work with our customers across Digital, Direct-To-Consumer, Customer service, ERP systems. Manager- IT Web Technologies will help execute the Fortune Brands Innovations digital strategy in alignment with business strategies. You will be working for our high-performing team, focused on the timely delivery of software initiatives on the various enterprise platforms.

Requirements
- Bachelor's level degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ Years of Team Management experience in a capacity of Manager of a team of web developers
- 6+ Years of working experience with leading and/or developing e-Commerce applications for B2C or B2B
- A track record of managing applications and 5+ member team supporting below technology platform
- Web Tools: Next.js, React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, & Ajax
- Commerce: Shopify, SAP Commerce, or other e-Commerce platforms
- API: Web Services, Web API, any other API platforms
- CMS: Bloomreach CMS, Sitecore, WordPress, Embraco
- CDNs: Akamai, Cloudflare, etc
- PIM & DAM: Widen, Salsify, Stibo
- Release Management: JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Experience with Understanding of design patterns, UX/UI design, best practices, technical architecture and data modelling
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate development testing
- Experience with application rationalization, migration from old platforms to newer platforms
- Good understanding and working experience with Agile methodology using scrum/Kanban/xp
- Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
- Experience working on enterprise platforms and open-source technologies
- Strong documentation, communication, and project coordination capabilities.
Benefits & conditions
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $105,000 USD - $165,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
