Job description
- Assess current P2M ecosystem and vendor capabilities to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
- Define architecture blueprints, capability models, and roadmaps aligned to business goals
- Design API-first, cloud-native, and event-driven architectures
- Lead integration strategy across Line Planning, Buy Planning, Allocation, and Space Planning systems
- Drive AI/ML use cases such as personalization, segmentation, and predictive insights
- Collaborate with Business, Engineering, and Data teams for platform decisions
- Support architecture governance, reviews, and vendor evaluations
- Deliver clear documentation including architecture diagrams and decision frameworks
Requirements
- 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture / Solution Architecture
- Strong experience in Retail / CPG / Fashion / Apparel domain
- Deep expertise in Product-to-Market (P2M) processes, including:
- Line Planning
- Buy Planning
- Allocation
- Visual Mapping & Space Planning
- Size & Pack
- Strong knowledge of:
- API-first & event-driven architecture
- Cloud-native platforms
- Experience with AI/ML use cases (personalization, segmentation, predictive analytics)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Composable / MACH architecture
- Exposure to Agentic AI / LLM use cases
- Experience working with enterprise-scale retail platforms, * Strong stakeholder communication (business + technical)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Quick ramp-up and strong collaboration skills
