This is a hands-on builder-architect role, not a conceptual or documentation-only position. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and troubleshoot Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in real time, ensuring scalable, automated, and production-ready CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and lifecycle programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across:
- Email Studio
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Content Builder
- Audience Builder
- Architect scalable frameworks to support high-volume P360 email, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns
- Translate business requirements into buildable Salesforce architectures, including journeys, automations, data extensions, and personalization logic
Data, Audience & Personalization
- Own audience architecture and segmentation strategy, including:
- Data extensions and relationships
- Attribute selection and audience logic
- Suppression, prioritization, and eligibility rules
- Partner with CRM and data engineering teams to integrate Salesforce core data, CDP/Data 360 inputs, and upstream systems
- Design and implement advanced personalization using:
- AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS
- Automation Studio workflows
- Rules-based or MCP-driven personalization models
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience focused on architecture and execution
- Deep expertise with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and audience architecture
- Advanced proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS
- Experience supporting complex CRM, lifecycle, triggered, and high-volume marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly and independently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-urgency environments with evolving requirements
