SAP S/4 HANA Technical Lead

• Own OTC lifecycle: order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns
• Drive functional design and configuration (pricing, billing, sales docs)
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and integration teams (EDI, tax, payments)
• Lead UAT, defect management, and business sign-off
• Ensure data readiness (customer, material, pricing) and support cutover
• Define KPIs, reporting, and controls (billing accuracy, OTIF, DSO)
• Support go-live and hypercare stabilization

• 7-12 years in SAP SD / OTC or Sales Operations
• S/4HANA implementation or ECC to S/4 transformation experience
• Strong expertise in pricing, order management, and billing
• Experience with UAT, integrations, and cross-functional leadership
