Strategic Sales Leadership & P&L Ownership
Lead the strategic and operational management of Cloud and Security practice solutions, ensuring alignment with NTT DATA's global solutions and services strategy. Own full P&L responsibility for the presales and practice solutions organization, including budget development, investment prioritization, and profitability management.

P&L Management: Own the financial health and operational budget of the presales architecture practice, ensuring efficient resource allocation and profitability.

Pipeline & Forecasting: Lead sales pipeline management, providing accurate forecasting and lead generation initiatives to secure large-scale IT outsourcing deals. Define, implement, and optimize a consistent, scalable, and sustainable practice model that accelerates business development and market success.

Strategic Growth: Lead the transformation of practice solutions across the global footprint, aligning regional execution with the global "solutions and services" strategy. Act as a change agent, proactively identifying and leading adjustments required to maintain competitiveness in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
Solution Innovation & GTM Strategy
Direct ownership of the Cloud and Security solution portfolio, ensuring offerings are repeatable, scalable, differentiated, and aligned to client outcomes.

Agentic AI Integration: Spearhead the adoption of NTT DATA's "Smart AI Agent Ecosystem," moving beyond simple automation to human-orchestrated autonomy in managed services.

Portfolio Optimization: Design and implement repeatable, scalable solution plays that leverage our unified platform to outpace larger, traditional outsourcers.

Technical Design Review: Authorize and drive solution design reviews to ensure technical feasibility, cost-efficiency (onshore/offshore balance), and alignment with client business outcomes.
Team Leadership & Matrix Management
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing, matrixed organization.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business (MBA preferred).

Certifications: Professional-level certifications in at least one major hyperscaler (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales/solutions leadership role managing budgets, business development, and cross-functional technical teams.

Benefits & conditions
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The range for this position is $160K-296K base plus variable commissions. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
