TrakMotive is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to transform our vast data landscape into actionable insights. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between complex data systems and our strategic business units. You aren't just building reports; you are designing the visual narratives that allow our leadership to see the "why" behind the numbers. From architecting interactive dashboards to performing deep-dive data validation, your work ensures that every department-from Supply Chain to Sales-operates with a single version of the truth. This is an ideal role for a data professional who enjoys the "detective work" of cleaning and transforming datasets and thrives in a collaborative environment where their analytical solutions directly influence global operational efficiency. What You'll Do
- Design, gather requirements, create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for various organization departments
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (internal systems, third party tools, customer portals, etc.)
- Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into clear analytical solutions
- Develop documentation of procedures and process flows for key reports, data flows and business processes performed by the department
- Support the maintenance of internal company databases and files
- Conduct due diligence analysis and validation of various internal and external data related exercises

- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in retail, business intelligence, data analytics, statistical analysis or other analytics related fields
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools including SQL, Tableau, Power BI
- Experience with compiling, analyzing, summarizing, and presenting large complex data sets
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to Haves
- Preferred: familiarity with automotive aftermarket industry, vehicle parts and parts data documentation knowledge
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish, Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels.
