Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles, California. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions and improve patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for using data to drive business growth and efficiency., Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources

  • Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify patterns and trends
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for streamlining data collection and analysis processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
