AMI Analyst/Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our team. The AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) analyst AMI support will be responsible for resolving exceptions within AMI systems, ensuring accurate and timely meter data flow, and coordinating with various teams to maintain operational efficiency. This role requires strong customer service skills, analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Typical task breakdown:

• Resolve exceptions between work order mgmt. system and billings system
• Review OMNI and MATS notes, check property on googles maps, view assessor- document in
• Call customer or landlord or property manager as a appropriate- can close bpem after call, but track cgi through jira until done.
• Make contact , make appt, create work order, exchange happens
• Review deployment supervisor for their knowledge and possible field visit
• At least 2 additional call attempts
• Blind field "cold call" as in person attempt
• Deprioritize in the queue- focus on other workable cases
• Final AMI deployment- no missed meter strategy roundtable for case review and any final attempts.

• HS diploma
• College graduate- no one in college though
• Entry level role
