Job description
Marathon TS is looking to hire a hybrid remote Junior Appian Developer to support a Federal Agency in the DC Metro Area., * Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian applications including process models, SAIL interfaces, records, and reports
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in Appian
- Support enhancements and maintenance of existing applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Appian applications and platform components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and business stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Appian best practices
- Assist in integrating Appian with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and support deployments
- Document technical designs, issues, and solutions clearly for stakeholders, * This position requires employees to report to DMV area for quarterly onsite meetings. Must be local to Virginia/Maryland/DC to be considered.
Requirements
- Possess the mental agility to jump from the deep code-level view of the applications to the architecture and design view, to the end user's view.
- Team player, versatile, and enthusiastic to take on new problems every day.
- Must have at least 1+ years of experience building and delivering enterprise-grade Appian applications.
- Must be Appian Associate Developer certified with the most recent certification.
- Strong knack for quickly learning complex technical concepts & Strong oral, written, and presentation skills is a must.
- Hands-on experience with different database technologies like MS SQL Server, Oracle
- Experience with version control (Git) and deployment processes
- U.S. Citizenship required, * Appian: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Appian Associate Developer (Preferred)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
