Job description
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain software applications and servers
- User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups to ensure secure access
- Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary support contact, diagnosing and resolving application errors, often acting as a bridge between users and vendors
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance, review logs, and ensure system integrity
Requirements
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- 10+ IT Systems administration, maintenance, backups, upgrades and patching of our existing Business Systems software and server's footprint
- 10+ years Ensure the smooth operation of business systems by addressing and troubleshooting technical issues related to software applications and server infrastructure
- 7+ Contribute to establishment, maintenance and improvement of various knowledge base and procedures & policies
- 7+ Act on system security events and violations
- Backup and recovery planned and unplanned
- User management, and internal audits in accordance with security policies
- CompTIA Security+ certification, CompTIA A+ certification
Requirements
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, procedures, and service records.
- Data Management: Perform data validation, normalization, and backups
- Ensure where appropriate incidents are escalated to the appropriate teams, management, or service providers according to established procedures
- Experience with SAFe Agile software delivery methodology
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex, technical information in an understandable manner
- Ability to logically troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and present suggested solutions clearly and concisely, * Familiarity with Alfresco
- Experience and knowledge working with Windows and Linux
