Job description

Take the leading role in projects with strong client exposure. Responsible for the technical solution on a bid andoror engagement and actively contribute to internal knowledge development on a global business level, and proactively coach teams. This role support or lead bids, operate at director level in major client organizations, and know future developments in several applications andoror technologies. Individual should be a subject matter expert within your unit and beyond. Familiarity with business transformation and experience managing business objectives and requirements to technical solution

Requirements

Saleforce Architect with 10+ years experience with Salesforce implementation projects.- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity, 8+ years of experience highly preferred

  • Experience as a Tech Lead or Architect for at least (1) Salesforce Field Service implementation project
  • Experience delivering green-field Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service implementation projects
  • Experience with Salesforce Asset Management features and data objects is preferred
  • Familiar with planning and delivering Salesforce solutions using Agile methodology
  • Capable of leading client business requirement and technical requirement definition workshops for Automotive or Manufacuring clients
  • LANGUAGE: English. Excellent verbal, reading, and writing communication skills in English.
  • SF Field Service Mobile Implementation Experience desired
  • Acted as development mentor to technical teams
  • Experience leading technical troubleshooting including bug fix remediation
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce
  • Experienced in web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, WSDL & SOAP
  • Experience in using SOQL, Salesforce Lightning, Process Builder, Lightning components for UI, Visual Workflows, Salesforce communities
