Job description
Provide technical support across HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, leaves, time tracking, and more)
- Configure and optimize Workday business processes
- Lead testing efforts for system upgrades and new features
- Deliver training sessions on HRIS processes and functionality
- Analyze HR data processes and implement improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Maintain documentation, job aids, and user guides
- Support Absence Management and reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance, including government reporting
- Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and HRIS projects
Requirements
5+ years of HRIS experience (Workday required)
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration
- Background in HR data, reporting, and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field
- Advanced skills in Excel and business applications
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred
