Java Full Stack Architect

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Architect (UI Focus) to join a fast-paced enterprise technology team. This is a hands-on role for a strong React professional who can contribute across the full stack and work onsite from day one. Important Candidate Restrictions

• On-site presence is mandatory from Day One, * The Java UI Architect will define Front End architecture standards, guide implementation across React and Angular applications, and partner with backend, DevOps, product, and UX teams. The ideal candidate brings strong Java experience, deep knowledge of modern UI frameworks, and hands-on exposure to AWS services and microservices-based systems., * Design and own UI architecture for enterprise web applications using React and Angular
• Define reusable component patterns, shared design systems, and Front End coding standards
• Collaborate with Java Back End teams to integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
• Lead technical reviews, mentor engineers, and enforce best practices for code quality, performance, and accessibility
• Architect solutions on AWS, including services such as EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, and SNS
• Improve Front End performance, observability, testability, and CI/CD readiness
• Work with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into responsive, intuitive interfaces

• 10+ years of software development experience, including strong Java and Front End architecture background
• Extensive experience with React and/or Angular in production environments
• Experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and REST API integration
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture
• Proven ability to mentor teams, review designs, and drive architectural decisions
