Job description

  • Technical Lead for Project Implementation: Technical lead for project planning and hands-on execution for a variety of IT deliverables, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Define Project Scope and Deliverables: Review project scope and establish realistic timelines, parameters, and Statements of Work (SOW) for each project.
  • Client and Technical Documentation: Document all new and modified systems to ensure clarity and continuity for the technical team and clients.
  • Complex Network & Systems Configuration: Troubleshoot, configure, and implement servers, networks, and wireless solutions.
  • M365 Tenant Configuration: Implement, configure, migrate and secure MS 365 Client Tenants. Including EntraID, MFA, Intune/Autopilot, Email security, Compliant Device and policy management.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead technical tasks in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth transitions to our systems., Stringfellow Technology Group provides exceptional managed IT services and IT support, with a focus on healthcare and professional services. Requirements

Are you a systems engineering expert with a knack for solving complex IT challenges? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy executing IT projects that make a tangible impact on clients? If you're detail-oriented and ready to leverage your MSP experience in a growing IT firm, you might be the candidate we're looking for., * Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years of recent hands-on systems or network deployment and administration work, ideally within an MSP environment.

  • Project Execution: Proven experience in managing Microsoft cloud solutions, server and email migrations, and IT project delivery.
  • Advanced Systems Expertise: Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS (10, 11, Server 2016, 2019, 2022), building servers from scratch, configuring storage solutions, and managing complex network environments on-prem, in virtualized environments, and in the cloud.
  • Network & Security Skills: Hands-on knowledge of M365 Admin, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, TCP/IP, subnetting, firewall configuration, and VPN management.
  • Automation & Scripting: Experience with PowerShell and automation of systems tasks.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ and Network+, with Cloud+ or Security+ preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MSP Tools & Technologies: Experience with ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate, and other MSP-focused tools.
  • Server Proficiency: Solid understanding of Windows server implementation, configuration, alerting/monitoring, backup/recovery and virtualization. Experience with IP routing, DNS, DHCP and system security.
  • Microsoft Cloud & VoIP: Familiarity with Office 365, Entra ID, RingCentral, and Microsoft Teams VoIP.
  • Advanced Certifications: Microsoft M365 Fundamentals, M365 Administration, Entra ID for identity management.
