Job description
Your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member of the IT Department by managing and growing our Microsoft Power Platform environment. As adoption expands, this role ensures reliability, security, cost-effectiveness, and user support across the organization. Ideal for candidates with foundational Power Platform experience seeking to build their administration and support skills in a collaborative environment.
The role covers daily administration, user support, documentation, and monitoring, promoting best practices for solution development, governance, security, and licensing.
- Administer and monitor Power Platform environments using Admin Center.
- Maintain governance standards, DLP policies, security roles, and licensing.
- Manage user access and optimize platform usage.
- Support development and troubleshooting of Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Assist with integrations (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse)
- Participate in solution lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment.
- Support reporting (Power BI) and Copilot Studio initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, provide training, and support end users.
- Work with IT and security teams to ensure compliance and best practices.

What it takes
- Bachelor' degree in I.T. or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL200, AB-410) preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, data governance, and licensing.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with integrations (e.g. SharePoint) and backup solutions a plus.
